We took the Ultimate Uco wine tour on our last day of our month-long trip to South America (…)
Prior to our trip, I was frequently in touch with The Tintos. They were quick to answer my questions as I tried to work through the decision of which company to go with and what tours to do (…) Very helpful and specific.
The decision was made carefully due to the price and our limited time in Mendoza. We had very high expectations based on the amount of money and time that we allocated to this wine tour.
Well, we loved it. We tasted lovely wines and were given so much information about the various techniques being used. I think that 10 minutes into the first winery, I was telling my husband that this was magical. And it continued to be magical.
For me this might be life changing, not to be too dramatic. I love wine but knew little about it. I am now inspired to learn more and enjoy more.
As others have said in their reviews, this tour is expensive and worth it. I am so glad that we invested in the The Tintos

One of the most amazing wineries of Uco Valley to begin the day. Located in the prestigious Clos de los 7 vineyard, and Winner of the ‘best winery in the World for its architecture and gardens’ trophy, this incredible winery, concentrates the most modern technology of winemaking
Tasting: You will taste 5 wines and 3 cheese varieties and discover all the secrets of the winery.
BODEGA PIEDRA NEGRA – FRANCOIS LURTON
Piedra Negra is the very first Estate of Uco Valley. A unique Know-How guided by the famous Lurton’s Family, who, since 22 years produces fine whites with no commune varietals (Tokaj, Pinot Grigio, Viognier…) and very elegant reds..
Tasting: During your visit you will taste their best wines included some vintage and enjoy the beauty of Los Chacayes from the terrasse
DOMAINE BOUSQUET – GAIA RESTAURANT
On the way back to Mendoza, you will stop at Domaine Bousquet for a great lunch served in the most breathtaking view of the Andes. Owning one of the most famous organic wineries of Argentina, the Bousquet family hail from the South of France and have 4 generations of history in the winemaking tradition. Gaia restaurant is a contemporary bistro with a focus on organic ingredients designed by executive chef Adrian Baggio.
