We had a lovely day visiting 2 different wineries Catena Zapata and El Enemigo Casa Vigo, both very different and finished off with lunch (with more wine) with 100pts Wine Advocate Cabernet Franc. Wines were fantastic and so was the scenery. Thanks to our guide Flor who was great!

CATENA ZAPATA – LUJAN DE CUYO
- Who doesn’t know Catena Zapata winery? The three milestone stages in the Catena family wine history have not only revolutionized the family winery, but also the Argentine wine industry for the last 50 years. The family’s Adrianna Vineyard at almost 5,000 feet elevation has been called the Grand Cru of South America. The story of Catena is the story of Argentine wine.

Personal project of Alejandro Vigil, most famous winemaker of Argentina (Catena Zapata) who decided to open a family winery and a beautiful restaurant. After a short visit of the cellar and the winery, we will have a gourmet wine Menu, paired with the best wines of the winery.
