Mendoza, one of the provinces belonging to the Cuyo Desert, must take care of the administration of water resources to find and apply the most effective way to keep alive artificial oases, trees planted several generations ago (over 150 years old).

To this end, we offer you an E-bike nature tour by electric bike (or mountain bike if you prefer) so that you can visit the vineyards and irrigation canals. You'll see for yourself what it means to ensure water gets everywhere.

Arriving as the most distant point at the Cipolletti dam, which is of crucial importance for the irrigation of the Luján de Cuyo region, the world capital of Malbec. It is right there on the dam that the EUCA Eco-adventure tree park is located where we will enjoy its hospitality and gastronomy.

Pick-up from Mendoza 9:30 a.m. or 10:00 a.m. from Chacras de Coria/Vistalba

BIKE LEVEL

From Chacras de Coria, you travel for about 2 hours along the dirt roads that border some of the most beautiful vineyards in Vistalba. Look up, a clear view of the majestic Andes and the sublime Cordon del Plata.
During numerous educational breaks, your guide will explain the operation and ancient history of the irrigation system. How is water distributed in Mendoza? Who controls its use? What are the sources and where does this precious water go?

You can choose the total freedom of E-bike or to pedal during this hike. The trails are of relatively good quality and the elevation gain is very affordable.

AFTER EFFORT, COMFORT

You will have lunch with your guide at the new EUCA Eco-Adventure Tree Park, ideally located on the Cipoletti dam.
A menu specially designed for you, 3 courses and obviously a bottle of Lujan de Cuyo fine wine.

You will visit the Water Museum (free), and if you want to have an even more fun time, the park offers a multitude of games in the trees (66 courses and 13 zip lines) on 6 difficulty levels (not included).

You will then return to your accommodation by vehicle for a well-deserved nap.
