This great vineyard, situated in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo was one of the first wine-producing endeavors to take root in the region (De cero means ‘from scratch’).
The owners, being Swiss, realizing the enormous potential lying in our terroir, dedicated themselves to the production of quality red wines that were soon recognized by the finest wine tasters of the world.
These fine wines produced in small and limited editions can be enjoyed together with one of the best views of the majestic Andes Cordillera.

Caelum was born from a family project in 2009, located on the famous Route 7. They work passionately, respect the environment, and maintain a family structure to ensure the care of each bottle.

Finca Minimal.

We finally arrived at Finca Minimal, a  farm where a micro-winery coexists with limited production of traditional, organic, and natural premium wines. But also artisanal production of high-end goat cheeses, and a unique food and wine proposal, immersed in an organic Malbec vineyard from 1905.
As a differential, personalized, warm attention, which will make us feel like guests of honor in this home.
The experience at Finca Minimal focuses on authenticity, personalized attention from the owners themselves. Also you will experience high-end wines, cheeses, flavors, and live  a wood-fired kitchen by renowned Chefs Pablo and Charly Torres.
